​YSLPAA maintains joint membership with SAC. Thus, in order to become a member, Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Audiologists (Auds) certified by, or eligible for certification by, Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC) are allowed membership with YSLPAA.
How to become a member?
YSLPAA also includes those individuals who are engaged in or trained in supportive functions incommunication disorders, for example Audiometric Technician, Hearing Aid Technician, Speech-Language Assistants, Speech-Therapy Aides, Communication Disorders Assistants, etc. Full members may hold office and are entitled to vote.
