As a community of professionals dedicated to empowering individuals to better communicate, we want to recognize and honour the voices of our First Nations elders and communities who have always known the truth of these stories of racial genocide but who have been silenced or their accounts downplayed.
YSLPAA is committed to the work of hearing, listening to, mourning with, and using our professional and personal spheres of influence to uplift and amplify the voices of our Indigenous members, clients, and neighbours.
